Prices include set up fee. A minimum delivery fee of $10.00 will be charges. For distances over 20 miles a $.50 per mile charge will be charged. Customer is responsible for returning equipment unless prior arrangements have been made with the fat lady. A $25.00 pickup fee will be charged if we pick up equipment. All equipment needs to be returned clean & in good working order.
Prices per person are for 1 serving per person. If you have big eaters please order extra.
